INTMAN is a company specialized to appraise the ability of persons to be introduced into the activities of the society, especially in the case of a first job.

The original and very actual used method combines a psycho-aptitude test with an oral examination by means of a system which allows deep psychological evaluations of the job applicant. The final result allows the processing of individual assessment forms which are able to supply a complete framework of the personal attitudes of applicants.

INTMAN is a training company which supports, with aimed interventions, the better entrepreneurial adaptation to technical and organizational changes, that means to its development.
To learn to change, to acquire new competences, to increase own knowledge and know-how, gives an added value to the person involved, but it is not enough. The enterprise needs participation in order to operate harmonically and to survive on the market.
